We typically start with a three-month programme, consisting of two coaching sessions per month. However, depending on your challenges and objectives, you may choose to continue for a longer period. Many clients extend their coaching to further refine their career strategies, develop leadership skills, or navigate long-term transitions. More here....

A well-structured coaching session ensures that you get the most value from your time with your professional career coach. Typically, the session follows this format

• Introduction & Check-in: A brief conversation about how things have been going since your last session.
• Main Discussion: Topics typcially career change, leadership development, workplace challenges, or job search strategies.
• Practical Application: Exercises, role-playing, or real-world application of strategies
• Action Plan: Outlining key takeaways and next steps to work on before the next session.
